Spiritual Training

I like to think of a Christian Life Coach as a spiritual trainer. You might need to get on the spiritual weights to build some spiritual muscle. Or maybe you need to do some spiritual laps in the spiritual pool. Could be that a few spiritual laps on the track would help you build some spiritual stamina. Better yet, you might need to go on a spiritual diet. Whatever the case, it's just really good to be in great spiritual shape. That's what a Life Coach does: focuses on the spiritual development of a committed Christian to help him/her be their best and do their best spiritually.
